Our approach: follow the founder, not the framework
Each engagement starts by understanding where you actually are — not where a program says you should be. We don't run founders through a fixed curriculum. Instead, sessions follow the priorities that emerge from an honest intake and the conversation itself.
We work in English across all engagements. Sessions can be conducted in person at our Ekkamai office or via video call. All written outputs are delivered in English.
We limit the number of active engagements at any one time. That means we can give each founder real attention rather than a templated service.

We listen and ask before we advise. Sessions begin with where you are, not where we'd like to take you.
Written outputs
Session summaries and next-steps notes delivered within 48 hours of every engagement.
No pressure to expand
We don't upsell within engagements. If more support would help, we discuss it openly.

Standards
Shared across every engagement
Confidentiality as default
Session content is never shared. We don't discuss one client's situation with another, and we don't use client information outside the engagement.
Thai PDPA compliance
Personal data is handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We retain only what's necessary and for the duration needed.
Clear scope, no surprises
We describe what's included in each engagement before it begins. If something falls outside scope, we discuss it openly — we don't invoice for additions that weren't agreed.
Honest advisory, not cheerleading
We're there to help you think clearly, which sometimes means pointing out something that doesn't hold up. We do that with care, but we don't avoid it.
No regulated services scope
We work in B2B commercial advisory only. Legal, accounting, regulated financial services advice fall outside what we do, and we're clear about that from the start.
Internal quality review
We review our advisory work as a team quarterly — reflecting on what's working, where thinking could be sharper, and how we can improve the quality of what we offer.
